Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, acting as the primary technical interface for our products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop opportunities in Cloud Microsoft;
  2. Progress the technical evolution of the channel;
  3. Provide in-depth technical expertise in Azure DevOps, AI, and Copilot;
  4. Train the internal Pre-Sales, Business Development Manager, and Services teams;
  5. Manage Microsoft acceleration and migration programs (Ecif and AMM);
  6. Consult and architect in Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architect Framework.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  2. Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification;
  3. Advanced knowledge in DevOps, Machine Learning, AI, and Copilot;
  4. Fluency in English or Spanish desirable;
  5. Desirable knowledge in Cyber Security and AI;
  6. Experience leading technical projects and implementations.
