Finance Professional Wanted

The finance team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support daily financial tasks with professionalism and moderate supervision.

About the Role

This role involves handling complex duties requiring independent judgment, understanding company policies, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities include providing support in financial and administrative matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Book journal entries
  • Financial reporting
  • Support audits (internal and external)
  • Meet legal and statutory requirements
  • Reconcile and analyze financial data, including reviewing monthly templates, income tax calculations, and ensuring compliance with group policies
  • Support LATAM finance and accounting matters
  • Review financial statements
  • Ensure SOX compliance (including Brazil)
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of accounting experience and knowledge of IFRS. They should also be proficient in Portuguese (business level), English (advanced), both written and spoken. Additionally, they should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Energetic team player with good interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Languages: Portuguese (native), English (proficient), Spanish (a plus)
