Key Responsibilities
Your Role:- Client Advisory: Handle incoming calls and provide initial guidance to B2B partners in Italian language;
- Effective Communication: Liaise with partners regarding ongoing cases, offer regular updates on progress, and assist other operational teams with communication in Italian language;
- System Utilization: Efficiently navigate CRM systems and our internal databases.
- English Skills: Upper Intermediate proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Italian Skills: Upper Intermediate proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Interpersonal Skills: Attributes such as kindness, empathy, resilience under pressure, politeness, and accountability.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and focused on achieving results.
- Technical Requirements: A reliable computer and microphone.
