DevOps Specialist

Your role is to monitor and manage the health and performance of systems, infrastructure, and services.
You will develop and maintain observability pipelines, including log ingestion, metrics, and traces analysis.
Responsibilities include creating dashboards, reports, and alerts for proactive monitoring, ensuring integration with corporate platforms, and supporting teams in using observability solutions effectively.
Education- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk or similar);
- Knowledge in log pipelines (ELK, Fluentd, Loki) and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Zipkin);
- Familiarity with distributed system architectures and cloud environments;
- Programming skills with languages like Python, Bash or Go;
- Experience with Kubernetes and containers, including cluster monitoring;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Robust experience in Observability and SRE practices;
- Completed higher education degree.
- Finance/banking sector experience will be considered a plus.
