Job Overview

Brazil Currency and Emerging Markets Product Controllers work closely with trading desks and financial controllers to ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures. They partner with colleagues across other functional groups to facilitate business execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce daily P&L and risk management information, understanding and explaining constituent risk components.
  • Investigate any issues and perform Material Deal Reviews, off-market analysis, and Significant Transaction write-ups.
  • Collaborate with First Point of Contact (FO) for sign-off and ad-hoc requests.
  • Facilitate liaison with middle office areas, back office, technology development groups, and downstream stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
  • Strong leadership experience with project management skills.
  • Fixed income, FX, and derivatives product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude, team player, and approachable manner.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and control focus.
  • Problem-solving ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and Python.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
