Join Our Team as a Business Process Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Executive to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a Business Process Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our commercial transformation by executing trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audit functions to assess the validity and accuracy of salesmen accountabilities, including sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, and collection or status of outstanding AR.
  • Relieve functions where needed to sustain business operations.
  • Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channels to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • College graduate of any course (preferably business-related courses).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience in general trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended.
  • Valid driver's license and knows how to drive manual transmission (preferred).
