About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our Brazil Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling operational aspects of the Brazil Leadership team, including setting agendas, coordinating meetings, prioritizing site visits, and partnering with Finance, People, and Marketing and Communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle operational aspects of the Brazil Leadership team, including setting agendas, coordinating meetings, prioritizing site visits, and partnering with Finance, People, and Marketing and Communication.
  • Create and operate a reporting and measurement system that ensures a timely flow of key performance data and information for stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Fulfill all Planning & Business Management duties on behalf of the Brazil CEO.
  • Communicate decisions to stakeholders to keep communication channels open.
  • Handle large-scale communications plans within LatAm and Brazil.
  • Partner with the Leadership team members individually to strengthen performance and drive impact.
  • Run agendas and lead/support leadership team meetings and documents follow-ups.
  • Act as a liaison and change agent, finding opportunities for alignment, efficiency, and new central initiatives.
  • Track and supervise strategic activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achieved.
  • Drive collaboration, including supporting prioritization and alignment with objectives.
Requirements
  • Confirmed experience as Chief of Staff.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
  • Project management skills.
