Medical Project Director

This position involves guiding complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Craft detailed project plans that align with strategic objectives, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and key tasks.
- Provide guidance to team members to define clear goals and evaluate progress.
- Identify and address barriers to effective progress.
- Resolve project resource issues and reallocate activities to ensure schedules are achieved.
- Evaluate financial aspects of projects.
- Facilitate team meetings and track progress against project plans.
- Maintain positive communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Support less experienced project managers.
- Bachelor's degree is a requirement.
- 8+ years of experience leading diverse teams in a medical device industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant-scale projects.
- Able to synthesize complex business and technical aspects of medium to large-scale development projects.
- Strong leadership skills, including goal-setting and providing constructive feedback.
- Organizational, planning, and follow-up skills with ability to hold others accountable.
- Able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with ability to present at multiple levels.
