Client Success Manager

Gartner is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities, challenges, and goals, and develop strategies to support their success. This includes onboarding clients, introducing Gartner services and capabilities, and facilitating client calls to drive high value and return on investment.
You will also collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client engagement and value
- Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of success in client-facing roles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
