We are seeking a seasoned executive search professional to join our internal recruitment team in São Paulo. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end senior-level talent acquisition across all disciplines and geographies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior roles, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure objective selection processes.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions and influence talent strategy.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional candidate experience.

This position involves working closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to drive strategic talent initiatives and support the growth of our organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • More than 8 years of experience in end-to-end executive recruitment, with a mix of headhunting firm and in-house experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for senior roles in financial services, asset management, or related sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with senior partners and executives.
