Estimating Specialist

The role of Estimating Specialist requires a professional to analyze and filter suitable requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing various plans, including take-offs, checklists, and spreadsheets, in order to request quotes from US vendors and prepare proposals for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing different kinds of plans to work on take-offs, checklists, and spreadsheets
  • Requesting quotes from US vendors

  • Communicating with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
  • Fluent English (spoken/written)
  • Knowledge in reading Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Alarm Plans
  • Knowledge of MS Office
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with estimating and budgeting
  • Knowledge or experience of Fire Safety
