We are seeking a highly dynamic and hands-on City Manager to join our team in Florianópolis, Brazil. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of micro-mobility in our city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Oversee the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
  • Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in logistics or operations management
  • Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in managing service centers is a plus
  • Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices
