Backend Engineering Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to guide the design and development of backend systems for a cutting-edge platform.

About the Role

As a Backend Engineering Leader, you will be working alongside a senior team of engineers to build scalable microservices and drive architectural decisions. This is an excellent chance to leverage your expertise in Golang and distributed systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of backend engineers working with Go and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Design, architect, and implement high-concurrency services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust, full-stack solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
  • Act as technical liaison with product stakeholders and business teams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of backend development experience.
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams or acting as Technical Lead.
  • Expertise in Golang and building distributed systems.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice architectures.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • English fluency (C1/C2 level).
