Job Title: Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS technologies such as EKS, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Develop and deploy scripts to automate manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements to our cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide top-notch support and assistance to our customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering.
  • Hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer.
  • Working knowledge of EKS, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Experience logging and monitoring AWS resources using CloudWatch logs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment.
