Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to assist in the seamless execution of our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Filling out control spreadsheets and reports to track inventory and sales data.
  • Processing purchase orders, cross-checking with customer's Purchase Order to ensure accurate delivery schedules.
  • Conducting system filling and obtaining information from other departments to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Contacting suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and monitor contractual deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and advanced English language skills.

We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.About This Role

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and communicating with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management: Process purchase orders and cross-check with customer's Purchase Order to ensure accurate delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Tracking: Assist in filling out control spreadsheets and reports to track inventory and sales data.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Advanced English Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Studying or holding a higher education degree in International Business, Administration.
  • Bonus Skill: Knowledge of SAP.
