The Programme Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting field research activities, supervising project teams, and ensuring effective collaboration with municipal, state, and federal agencies.
Responsibilities
- Support Programme Implementation: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring programme activities to ensure timely completion of projects and achievement of programme objectives.
- Supervise Fieldwork Teams: Oversee the supervision of fieldwork teams to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with municipal, state, and federal agencies to promote effective coordination and communication.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track programme progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Urban Planning, Social Sciences, or Related Field: A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyse data to identify trends and patterns.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Portuguese an asset.
