We are seeking a skilled Payment Orchestration System Specialist to lead the development and rollout of our payment system. This role is crucial in aligning engineering and integration efforts with our product strategy for payments and billing.

Responsibilities- Deliver the Payment Orchestration System MVP by integrating new payment service providers and aligning technical initiatives with product strategy.
- Prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements across the payments ecosystem.
- Define Agile workflows to drive efficiency through daily stand-ups and other ceremonies.
- Manage work progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation and technical specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Champion Agile and product management best practices.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in fintech or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, payment orchestration, billing flows, and integration models.
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and collaboration with engineers on interface definitions.
- Familiarity with SDKs and developer tools, capable of supporting integration efforts.
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge to support technical discussions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile ceremonies.
- Proficiency with product and project management tools.
- Ability to write clear user stories and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
