Job Title: SuccessFactors Support Specialist

The role of a Senior Support Specialist is to maintain the highest availability of all systems in operation within the Service Delivery Organization. This involves collaborating with HR, IT, and end-users to ensure smooth onboarding processes and system ticket management.

  • Deep technical expertise is required in the given process area, focusing on key integration points across different modules and technical components.
  • Supporting minor enhancements following ADM standard configuration naming standards by partnering with other process and system experts to identify business process continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring integrations between Onboarding and Employee Central EC, as well as troubleshooting system errors, onboarding task failures, and data flow inconsistencies.

Day-to-day support for the SuccessFactors Onboarding module 20 will also be provided, ensuring efficient workflow execution and system stability.
