Job Title: Process Engineering Specialist
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in Belo Horizonte. The successful candidate will lead projects in the Mineral Processing area and serve as a reference point for team development.
Main Responsibilities- Carrying out equipment sizing
- Optimizing and defining process routes
- Evaluating metallurgical process data and laboratory test results
- Reviewing discipline standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or Mining Engineering
- Experience with mining projects in the study, conceptual, basic and detailed engineering phases
- Experience with precious and base metals
- Knowledge of gold and copper commodities
- Advanced English language skills
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 10 years of experience in the field
