Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategist to drive the development of world-class products. As a Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our end-users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilateral collaboration with cross-functional teams to iteratively define and build solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Requirements elicitation from stakeholders and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Complex requirement backlog management that considers multiple platforms and technical constraints
  • Shared understanding facilitation among all stakeholders (internal and external) of product requirements
  • Product designers collaboration to create best-in-class user experiences that are feasible and within technical limits
  • Strategic product roadmap contribution that considers business value, technical lift, dependencies, and time and budget constraints
  • Scope management and feature prioritization conversations facilitation
  • System architecture and data flow definition alongside engineers to guide feature development
  • Technical dependencies and API needs documentation and management
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development industry as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, or related position
  • Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements for at least one of the following platforms: iOS, Android, Web
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills, with familiarity working with user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, user personas, API documentation, and other requirements documentation methods
  • Able to develop and champion a product vision and keep teams focused on high-priority work while avoiding scope creep and gold-plating
  • Clear, confident, and tactful communication ability, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies (i.e., web/native apps, APIs, databases) and the risks and constraints of different technologies
  • Excellent user experience intuition and empathy for users of your product
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and self-manages commitments and deadlines
