Woodworking Expert Wanted

Job Title: Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct, install and repair structures, frameworks and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
  • Measure, cut, shape and join wood, plywood and other materials using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and building plans to determine specifications and materials needed.
  • Install and maintain industrial and commercial building components, including shelves, workbenches and other custom structures as required.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing damaged wood structures, doors and furniture.
  • Work with other maintenance and construction team members to complete large-scale projects or repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes and quality requirements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are stored properly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter (typically 3 years).
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work in Calamba, Laguna.
