A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on location, is offered to attract top talent. This includes proficiency in English, advanced to fluent level, as well as desirable knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our People & Development team as a Training Development Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the management of training at local and global levels.
  • Monitoring and generating statistical data related to training management.
  • Participating in the design and development process of new projects or initiatives involving training, proposing improvements and/or new methodologies for the same.
  • Developing, conducting, and implementing employee training and professional development programs, aiming to continuously improve technical skills and individual and collective performance based on diagnosis.
  • Conducting employee integration programs, aiming at effective adaptation, acculturation, and integration of employees into their respective teams and Novo Nordisk.
  • Ensuring that the applied training is compatible with the established position requirements using the best learning methodology.
  • Acting as a reference and support for training-related matters.
