Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Maintain and update existing email templates and modules.
- Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative solutions.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email development or front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email.
- Experience working with Bluecore or similar email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization.
- Familiarity with design tools and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in email.
- Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
