Fragrance Automation Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Automation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for managing robotic systems, ensuring material supply, and supporting continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role that offers growth in a creative, high-tech environment. You will work closely with our team to drive innovation in formula automation and contribute to the development of new products.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in fragrance automation or mechatronics. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and replace expired raw materials to maintain automation efficiency
  • Perform validation of raw materials received from the factory to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain inventory control and replenish consumables in the robot room
  • Actively participate in Lab 4.0 initiatives and support investigations of non-conformities
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance of the robot
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified qualification in robotics or related field (CRQ or CRF)
  • English proficiency
  • Technical degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • Previous experience in fragrance automation or mechatronics
