Key Job Responsibilities- Customer Partnership: Collaborate with account teams to develop customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and technical innovation. Foster relationships with technical and business leaders to cultivate best-in-class solutions.
- Organizational Leadership: Determine the optimal team structure and resource allocation to deliver exceptional results. Coach and enable your team to collect feedback from customers and translate it into actionable business requirements.
- People Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract top talent. Mentor and coach team members to excel in their roles and identify future leaders. Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity within your team.
