Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR Operations & Payroll Team.

Your Role
  • Manage team recruitment, turnover, and backups to ensure seamless continuity.
  • Support post-transformation journey for countries in scope by providing expert guidance and oversight.
  • Own and continuously improve HR processes execution to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify process/system change and enhancement requests coming from the area and submit them to the respective owner for review and implementation.
  • Partner with Senior Process Owners in creating uniform, efficient, and user-friendly global HR processes (inside and outside systems) that meet business needs.
  • Manage all local benefit agreements and services to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Supervise end-to-end delivery of administrative processes for all countries in scope to guarantee service delivery is correct and on time.
  • Assure business continuity secured by following up with the payroll vendor on service levels/KPIs and the resolution of payroll-related employee inquiries.
Qualifications
  • We're seeking a skilled leader to oversee HR and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration in a dynamic, global environment.
  • A master's/bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR studies would be an advantage.
  • Min. 5 years of leadership experience with proven knowledge of running payroll with external vendor concepts, policies, and procedures, and administrative procedures (Hire to Retire).
  • Experience with global HR systems, SuccessFactors, Snow is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local Labor Law (USA, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico) and related legislation is an advantage.
  • Great knowledge of MS Office and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams and flexibility to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • English - at least C1 level is a must (another language is welcome).
