Pediatric Rehabilitation Nurse Position Available.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our pediatric rehabilitation team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children with complex medical and congenital conditions.

Your primary focus will be on promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and providing physical and psychological support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain personal rapport with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Utilize the nursing process as a framework to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families during times of crisis or uncertainty.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Previous med-surg experience or rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Registered Nurse license required; Basic Life Support/CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred; Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing preferred.
