Senior Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the technical and strategic execution of high-complexity, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex strategic projects with multiple workstreams, functions, and countries.
  • Orchestrate resources, schedules, and integrations across internal teams and clients.
  • Manage risks (mitigation plans, scope adjustments) with autonomy.
  • Design governance: macro and tactical plans, rituals, committees, and executive reporting.
  • Create replicable standards and frameworks (templates, RACI, stakeholder maps).
  • Deploy automations and dashboards (performance, impact, and efficiency KPIs).
  • Represent the function in internal forums and with senior stakeholders (incl. C-Level).
  • Mentor analysts, drive onboarding, and promote best practices.
  • Run post-mortems and consolidate lessons learned for the knowledge base.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management (consulting, organizational transformation, or structured PMOs).
  • Fluency with collaboration and project tools (Planner, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Salesforce).
  • Clear communication with diverse audiences, influence without formal authority, and manage expectations.
  • Autonomy, strategic prioritization, and an ownership mindset.
  • Flexibility to handle scope/priority changes, switch contexts across workstreams, adjust to different time zones/schedules, and occasional travel.
Nice-to-haves
  • Certifications/studies in PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Kanban, Lean.
  • Experience in multiregional and multifunctional environments.
  • Experience in large-scale organizational transformation.
  • Solid understanding of BI/data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Track record in team development, trainings, and technical mentoring.
