About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security implementation, operations, or vendor background. You will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles and cultivating key relationships with customers and industry leaders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Align SailPoint solutions with customer requirements through insightful discovery and strategic alignment.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives in large-scale sales environments.
  3. Design engaging content that showcases SailPoint's innovative solutions in addressing business challenges and regulatory demands within the Financial Services sector.
  4. Guide customers through their identity journey by providing authoritative guidance and coaching.
  5. Promote and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders and thought leaders across various industries.
  6. Participate in high-profile executive briefings, roadshows, and roundtable discussions to promote SailPoint's vision.
  7. Communicate product roadmaps and strategic visions to customers, ensuring seamless understanding and adoption.
  8. Provide coaching and support to Solution Engineers and Account Executives on SailPoint's messaging and positioning strategies.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in implementing, operating, or advising on Security programs.
  • 10+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management technologies.
  • Deep expertise in the Financial Services industry, encompassing knowledge of common challenges, applications, regulations, and security landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
  • A robust understanding of Identity and Cybersecurity market trends and dynamics.
