Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating innovation projects, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Unilever standards.

As an Operations Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Innovation Delivery: Develop and implement innovation projects in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing departments.
  • Factory Support: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and optimization processes to increase capacity, quality, and value.
  • Technology Leadership: Serve as a reference and guardian of technology knowledge, ensuring the development and implementation of new practices and compliance with GMP standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, and experience working in virtual teams. You should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
