About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our team at AgileThought. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and expanding the core sales application functionality to create scalable solutions that support, automate, and accelerate our sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and expand the core sales application functionality to create scalable solutions
  • Use knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to inform solution design
  • Implement integrations, business process flows, visualizations, custom applications, and reporting and analytics
  • Engage with and convert leads, orchestrate marketing experiences, personalize marketing messaging, and deliver marketing insights
  • Configure the core application to include segmentation, email and text message marketing, and interactive journeys
  • Lead nurturing with personalized experiences, events, surveys, lead scoring, and analytics
  • Maintain compliance and consent policies
Requirements
  • Strong business knowledge of sales processes for business-to-business scenarios
  • Understand the sales process of the customer and the core functionality of Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Be proficient in configuring Microsoft Power Platform, primarily model-driven apps
  • Understand potential failure points of pipeline management and be able to implement solutions that automate pipeline hygiene and data governance
  • Be able to participate in training of GTM and RevOps personnel
  • Proficient in designing reporting and analytics covering data in the CRM and surrounding ecosystem
