Job Overview
At Brain Bubble Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat platforms to address their technical inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Tickets: Respond to and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Remote Support: Provide assistance to end-users via phone, email, or screen sharing tools, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting skills.
- Time Tracking: Accurately log time spent on tasks and adhere to company tracking guidelines, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration: Possess expertise in managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications and services, including setup and configuration.
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration: Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
- Windows 7 and Windows 10 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows operating systems, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- iOS Setup and Navigation: Assist customers with Apple iOS device setup and navigation, providing clear instructions and support.
- Android Setup and Navigation: Help customers with Google Android device setup and navigation, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
Soft Skills:
- Clear Communication: Articulate technical information effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clear understanding and resolution.
- Logical Problem-Solving: Apply analytical thinking to resolve complex technical issues, considering multiple perspectives and solutions.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain focus under pressure, delivering high-quality results.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate troubleshooting and resolution, minimizing errors and rework.
