Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud, as well as a solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies like Kubernetes. They will also possess excellent scripting and automation skills, with expertise in languages such as Python and Scala.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. You will also be responsible for providing root cause analysis reports for outages/incidents and collaborating with your peers to drive continuous improvement in our working culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reliable infrastructure solutions using cloud computing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Provide root cause analysis reports for outages/incidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Excellent scripting and automation skills, with expertise in languages such as Python and Scala.
