We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deck Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of deck operations, including supervising deck crews, maintaining cranes and lifting appliances, and adhering to governing documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and supervise deck crews
- Maintain cranes and other relevant lifting appliances
- Adhere to governing documents and revise as necessary
- Provide clear daily operational guidelines to direct reports
- Conduct drills and checks as required
- Maintain applicable reports and logs
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols
