Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Translation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating complex documents from English to Portuguese (Brazil) and possess excellent language skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves translating various types of content, including business-related documents, product descriptions, and marketing materials. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the Portuguese (Brazil) termbase of products.

In addition to translation work, the successful candidate will contribute to product localization efforts to enhance user experience and help drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as linguistics, translation studies, or languages.
  • Proficiency in both English and Portuguese (Brazil), with the ability to translate complex texts with precision and accuracy.
  • Experience working with computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, such as Trados, memoQ, and Smartling.
  • Strong understanding of translation memory management and terminology databases.
  • Familiarity with financial and technical terminology, particularly in areas such as finance, securities, futures, and digital currency.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
