Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT professional to join our team as a Principal Technical Consultant in ServiceNow. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and advisory services.

The successful candidate will lead technical solution design and delivery, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations aligned with best practices.

Key responsibilities include translating customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions, guiding clients on ITAM and ITOM adoption and maturity.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and customization, as well as strong infrastructure background including ITIL processes, middleware, databases, servers Windows and Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud platforms.

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, SAM, CTA Technical Architect are desired but not required.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead technical solution design and delivery
  2. Translate customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions
  3. Guide clients on ITAM and ITOM adoption and maturity
  4. Configure and implement ServiceNow out of the box functionalities
  5. Provide thought leadership and mentor other consultants
  6. Act as a trusted advisor for complex customer engagements
Requirements
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • Solid ServiceNow expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, SAM, CMDB, CSDM and Integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and customization
  • Strong infrastructure background including ITIL processes, middleware, databases, servers Windows and Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud platforms
