Senior Shopify Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer to join our team.

  • As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting critical issues on the Shopify platform.
    • Key responsibilities include conducting incident analysis, documenting resolutions for continuous improvement, engaging with Product Management and business partners on system capability, design, and solutions.
      • Additionally, you will work closely with Development to ensure technical requirements, best practices, performance, and security.
        • You will also support Project Management with effort estimates, planning, and removing technical roadblocks.
          • Further, you will develop key system components and optimize delivery time.

Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of Shopify development experience with knowledge of Shopify Plus.
    • A solid understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
      • Flexibility to work long hours including weekends and holidays within a 24/7 support environment.
        • Experience in troubleshooting site issues using various tools.
          • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves include:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
    • Proficiency in core JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
