OpenShift Automation Specialist

As a skilled OpenShift expert, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing declarative CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift Pipelines (Tekton) and implementing GitOps workflows with OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD).
Key responsibilities include designing and developing complex automation tools and utility scripts using Python or Go, as well as collaborating with the team to ensure seamless integration of tools and applications into the Red Hat ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Git for managing configuration and code repositories, advanced understanding of Ansible for writing complex playbooks, reusable roles, and custom modules, and proficiency in Linux operating systems, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
A successful candidate will also have experience in system administration, shell scripting (Bash), package management, and debugging network and performance issues. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on root cause analysis are essential for this position.
