We are seeking a skilled Reinsurance Expert to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical accounting and claims with advanced expertise and subject matter focus. They will take ownership of end-to-end reinsurance accounts and claims management, ensuring contractual fulfillment through deep understanding of reinsurance conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical accounting and claims with advanced expertise and subject matter focus.
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal clients for assigned accounts.
- Analyze portfolio composition, including types of business, lines of business, and volume metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs, initiating corrective actions to meet quality standards.
- Execute operational duties, including accounting, booking, collection, cash allocation, claim handling, and related activities.
