Integration Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday integration support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level Workday integration support through case resolution, troubleshooting, and ticket triage.
  • Configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom solutions.
  • Own technical consulting activities including root cause analysis, documentation, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business and technical needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE).
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday's data model.
