At CI&T, we're looking for a seasoned Go developer to join our team in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative environment, working on high-performance applications that leverage Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance Go code.
  • Develop and deploy software applications utilizing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services for application deployment and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-have Skills:
    • At least 2 to 3 years of experience with Go.
    • Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Nice-to-have Skills:
    • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with AWS and NoSQL databases.
    • Knowledge of Java, Node.js, or Python.
    • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
