Machine Learning Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models using LangChain and Python. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications. A strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases is also essential. Furthermore, the ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  • Develop APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  • Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation on ML workflows, architectures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
