Video Content Creator Role

As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning and executing video content strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure studio spaces are optimized for efficiency.
  • Translate campaign goals into engaging video formats across various channels.
  • Lead pre-production, production, and post-production processes to deliver high-quality video content.
  • Capture industrial footage as needed.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for video content.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in professional video production, including scripting, shooting, lighting, audio, and editing.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end video creation, from concept to delivery.
  • Advanced skills in video software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset for defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
