Mobile Software Engineer

 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced mobile software engineer to design, develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.

This role requires a strong background in native Android app development, including experience with Android frameworks and tools such as Kotlin, Java and Gradle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to deliver high-performance, reliable and scalable mobile applications.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure applications meet security, performance and usability standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools and best practices.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in native Android app development.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java and Gradle.
  • Experience with iOS Swift is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across time zones.
