We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end customers/operators in the electrical transmission industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their skills and knowledge to drive the implementation of energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise transformer repair shops and end customers/operators on technical inquiries related to product range.
- Provide designated end customers/operators with after-sales technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment such as tap changers, electromechanical drives, voltage regulators, and monitoring sensors.
- Support project managers in field activities like collecting information for bids and quotations, analyzing feasibility for product upgrades or replacements, and supporting installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Prepare, analyze (technically and commercially), and send offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts, and services for designated end customers/operators.
- Coordinate schedules and monitor progress during processing, commissioning, and field service.
- Assist with and manage internal and intra-divisional projects.
- An engineering degree or master technician qualification in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics fields.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Knowledge of control and automation products in the electrical transmission industry is preferred.
