Visual Storyteller Role

Develop compelling visual content to enhance the user experience in property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine 2D and 3D real estate maps with a clear visual hierarchy and spatial accuracy.
  • Format and structure real estate documents, including investment presentations, property reports, and marketing materials.
  • Produce data-driven visual assets, such as charts, infographics, and property layouts, ensuring readability and professional presentation.
  • Maintain consistent branding, layout structure, and formatting standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that visual assets meet practical business needs.
  • Manage high volumes of design work efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma (experience with additional design tools is a plus).
  • Experience in structuring and formatting presentations and documents for real estate or corporate use.
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured design processes.
  • Ability to handle repetitive design tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Previous experience in real estate, architecture, urban planning, or related fields is an asset.
