Performance Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Specialist to join our Global Performance team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of our market by partnering with our Brazil MD and LT to cascade strategic objectives and manage performance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Brazil MD and LT to drive market performance and cascade strategic objectives.
• Manage performance processes, including MBO program, dashboard checks, and KPI definitions.
• Coach leaders and teams to implement performance frameworks and processes.
• Bridge global, zone, and market functions to ensure partnership and alignment of objectives and performance processes.
• Guarantee that KPIs owned in Brazil are updated and reflecting business results.

Requirements

• Interest in and experience of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to work with senior leaders.
• Diligence and attention to detail to ensure controls are maintained and standards are upheld.
• Improvement and growth mindset to challenge the status quo and identify improvement opportunities.
