Senior Analog IC Design Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Technical Lead to spearhead our analog IC design efforts.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and customers on schematic capture, layout, and simulation of analog ICs.
- Analyze complex technical issues and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to drive issue resolution and develop innovative test cases.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in analog IC design or verification flow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
Bonus Skills:
- Deep understanding of analog IC design workflows, including schematic capture, simulation, and layout.
- Familiarity with Virtuoso and ADE platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like TCL and Python.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with Lisp or similar skill language.
