About the Role
Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in driving our business success by designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their needs.
- Design and develop Salesforce configuration changes, including workflow, flow builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop Salesforce code, including Apex triggers and test classes, and custom Visualforce pages.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings to ensure that Salesforce solutions are delivered on time and meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage sandbox environments to ensure that Salesforce solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.
- Improve Salesforce data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Triage and resolve Level 2 incident and problem tickets.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer.
- DevOps/release management experience.
- Experience developing and deploying Salesforce configuration and code changes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification.
- Experience with Pardot or Rootstock.
- Active in the Salesforce community.
