About the Role:
EF Education First is seeking a skilled and compassionate Global Travel Support Specialist to join our team. As a key partner in our crisis management and emergency response processes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our student travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration with our Safety and Operations team to identify and resolve on-tour issues.
- Problem-solving and communication with students, teachers, and parents to provide support and information throughout their travel.
- Training and developing colleagues to prioritize issues and communicate effectively with travelers.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
